Application of twice yearly Annual Talent Review Cycle, agreeing and cascading communications in line with annual cycle, collating and consolidating the data into an organisational and functional view, enabling insights and overviews of organisational talent to be drawn.
Advise and upskill functional leaders and HRBP community on suitable development plans and interventions, and support the ongoing build and enhancement of learning materials on Talent and Career related tasks in LMF (Line Manager Framework).
Oversee all chosen talent diagnostic methods, with a focus on building a development centre toolkit with a range of activities and options spanning all bands/levels and functions.
Coordinate and lead the Development Centres, supporting line managers and HRBPs with resulting development plans.
Lead the delivery of mentoring workshops, coordinating and tracking mentoring relationships across the business, supporting mentors in skills build and reviewing outcomes.
Analyse Talent and Performance data, interpreting the results to generate valuable insight.
Work with our Head of Talent & Development to create a toolkit to support leaders to develop high performing teams, including upskilling of our HR partnering community in its effective use.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Performance & Careers Manager. You'll be working as part of our Group Talent & Development Team, reporting directly into our Head of Talent & Development.

You'll be taking responsibility for our new annual performance and career cycle, helping us drive performance and grow careers at Greencore. This will include the design and development of new and exciting career and transition initiatives, such as development centres, supported development through coaching, mentoring and much more.

You'll work in a growing team focused on designing and delivering world class learning and play a vital role in helping the business identify, harness and retain our talent.

What we're looking for
Fully qualified to CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
Demonstrable track record of leading talent and succession planning in a large or complex/multi site business
Demonstrable success in building credibility with senior leaders in an FMCG or private label business
Excellent understanding of best practice and legislation/regulation in training, development and talent management
Strong consulting skills, able to understand the root causes and identify the problem before proposing the options/solutions
Project management and coordination experience
Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills to multiple layered audiences
Proficient in the use of raw data to draw insight and effect change
Strong facilitation and delivery skills
