Recruitment Branch Manager (Industrial)
Based in Bedford
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm
OTE GBP45,000 (Immediate bonus)

Job description;
Manage and motivate your team to exceed targets and achieve exceptional results
Drive business development to profitable grow the business with new sales & exceptional service levels
Oversee the recruitment, development and maintenance of a high-quality Industrial pool
Manage the day-to-day business operations and office administration
Full JD available
Essential Skills / Experience.
3+ years of Recruitment experience, preferable working within the Industrial sector
Senior Industrial Consultant looking for that next step up
Proactive and driven individual who will exceed new business targets
Previous experience within the recruitment industry essential
Driving licence required
