Forklift Driver
We are currently looking to recruit a counter balance driver to join a well established company based in Burton-on-Trent. Company has over 126 years industry experience of manufacturing an extensive range of innovative concrete roof tiles and fittings which are suitable for both commercial and housing projects.
Hours of Work:
Working 12 hour shifts rotating between days and nights. GBP9.40ph days and GBP9.50ph nights
The pattern is as follows:-
* Four 12 hour day shifts followed by four 12 hour night shifts (8 days straight) followed by 4 off days.
* Then two 12 hour day shifts followed by a off day before doing two 12 hour night shifts and then having 4 off days before repeating the pattern
Environment: dusty and nosy environment, duties will consist of moving stillages around the yard and production lines, loading and unloading trailers, stacking stillages in the yard.
Person Specification:
* Enthusiastic and energetic
* Driven and committed
* Acute attention to detail
* At least a years experience on a counter balance
* Valid Counterbalance licence taken within the last 3 years
* Committed person who can be relied upon to turn up to work everyday, and be on time
* Team player who will work to increase productivity
