My client is one of the areas largest Mechanical and Electrical companies who offer their clients maintenance and installation services to a wide range if clients such as Education, R&D, Commercial, Industrial and Healthcare.

They are now looking for a Site Facilities Manager to join their team and manage a portfolio of buildings just outside of Cambridge.

As a Site Facilities Manager, you will be expected to:

?? Be responsible for a portfolio of 7 buildings a mixture of commercial office space and laboratories R& D facilities.

?? Reporting to the maintenance and small works director.

?? Client facing and Pro-active.

?? Able to produce written reports and experience of reporting on KPIs.

?? Assume overall contractual and financial responsibility for allocated maintenance and small works projects

?? Instruct and report on subcontractors and suppliers.

?? Produce remedial repair quotations in conjunction with the engineering team.

As a Site Facilities Manager you will be expected to have the following experience:

?? Previous experience in Facilities Management

?? Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.

?? A good understanding of a building services discipline (mechanical or electrical)

?? A good understanding of current health and safety requirements and the ability to write and review job specific RAMs.

?? Experience of working with a small inhouse engineering team.

?? Knowledge of SFG20 is desirable.

?? Proficient in excel, word and outlook

Salary and benefits for the Site Facilities Manager is dependent on experience but includes:

?? Salary range GBP33 - 37K depending on experience

?? 25 days annual leave + Public holidays

?? Entry into the company pension scheme

?? Discretionary annual bonus
