Permanent Position ***
Cordant People require an experienced Payroll Clerk for one of our clients based in the City Centre of Glasgow to start ASAP.
Monday - Friday
9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
Process high volume monthly payroll
Process all PAYE and NI contributions
Dealing with all starters and leavers
Processing RTI and auto-enrolment
Liaise with various departments regarding payroll queries
Process all year end payroll
Ensure all current payroll legislation is adhered to.
The Ideal candidate will have;
Recent Payroll experience & knowledge of current legislation essential
Experience in a fast paced environment preferred
SAP Payroll experience preferred however is not essential
Ensure an efficient and effective weekly, monthly and 4 weekly Payroll System is in place
Effectively and accurately manage the Payroll system ensuring all deadlines are met
Ensure all sick notes are accurately recorded timely
