A leading business in their field who through growth are looking to add to their commercial team.

This role will suit a graduate who is looking for a career within commercial/account management.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Building long term client relationships.
Gain a thorough understanding of the product range and become the product expert within the business
Respond to customer requests for product information, quoting and resolving complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Building long term client relationships.
Handle day-today incoming telephone calls in a professional manor from prospective and existing customers.
Communicate and work as a team with other departments to avoid or solve problems.
Process / input customer orders on the computer system in an effective and efficient way with minimal errors
Support the field sales team with customer enquiries
Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the order processing facility
Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally
Be flexible around the needs of the business

Skills & Knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer-based experience (face to face & telephone) desirable
A-level/Degree qualifications
Full driving Licence desirable
