Sales & Marketing Administrator
We're an international recruitment specialist trusted by some of the UK's greatest brands. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team based in Bolton.
As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our Business Development Team by researching new clients and contacts, creating effective digital marketing campaigns, whilst co-ordinating all the team's activities to help them achieve their targets.
The successful applicant would preferably have at least 2 years administration experience gained in a sales focused environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
?? Making calls to generate sales leads
?? Research decision makers to discover opportunities
?? Importing data into Hubspot (Sales CRM) and maintaining data integrity
?? Co-ordinating all business development digital marketing campaigns
?? Creating corporate presentations, proposals & terms of business
?? Sending credit checks on prospective clients
?? Management of business development team KPI's and targets
?? Managing and co-ordinating reports and stats
Key Skills
?? Experience of making outbound calls
?? Preferably 2 years as a sales administrator
?? Have good spoken and written English with an excellent telephone manner
?? Organised, highly motivated and passionate about sales
?? Ability to work as part of a team and good at multitasking
?? Prepared to go the extra mile
?? Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
?? Experience using HubSpot would be highly advantageous
