Digital Product Lead
Our vision is to become the best and biggest digital insurer. As we continue to grow through the power of data and digital trends were looking for a commercially minded Digital Product Leader to evolve our digital journeys, and experience for new and existing customers.
The Role
Reporting directly into our Head of Digital New Business, you will be a key member of the Digital & Marketing team, creating and delivering a bold strategy which will allow us to design, build and optimise the best possible customer experience.
Based either in London or our Bexhill Group Head office, with flexible home working included.
How you will make a difference:
Create a powerful vision for our digital journeys, that resonates with our customers
Develop, maintain and execute our digital new business strategy
Proactively engage with key stakeholders across the business, to obtain and maintain buy in for the proposition
Responsible for our customer and commercial performance of the new business website through managing and prioritising our product backlog and ongoing optimisation
Support the Product Owner to develop our digital new business journeys
What we're looking for:
You will need to have strong commercial acumen, a hands-on approach to problem solving, as well as the desire to set and execute your own agenda. You'll help to scope out new ideas and implement them, so you will be naturally curious, creative and a collaborator.
You will be at home in large scale digital transformation projects and day-to-day trading with strong experience in Product Management, and a good understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience in fast moving digital businesses.
We would like you to be passionate about sharing your ideas to engage and enthuse some of our most senior stakeholders on our journey, so excellent communication skills is important.
