Key Responsibilities:
?? Prioritising the care and needs of residents in the home.
?? Ensuring that the home is clean and safe for residents.
?? Provide outstanding care to residents.
?? Work as part of a team to ensure residents are well looked after.
The ideal candidate:
?? Have experience in helping residents with different health needs.
?? Have a successful track record of ensuring safeguarding procedures are maintained.
?? You will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging and energetic environment.
?? Experience is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
