Our Financial Services client in Swansea are looking to add to their busy Lead Generation team and are looking for talented and driven candidates to support their growth.

In this permanent role, you will contact individuals who have opted in, in line with GDPR rules, to discuss their insurance needs.

We are looking for confident, sales and target driven individuals who can communicate effectively with customers, build rapport, and deliver results. Candidates from Contact Centre, Sales, Insurance or Financial Services backgrounds will be highly desirable.

Our client are a professional and highly respected industry expert, and all calls are to be make in a way which is compliant with the rules and regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the FCA permissions of Renew Financial Management.

Upon identification of a potential customer you will gather some basic information, ensuring accuracy at all times, and pass this on to the Sales team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to discuss financial products available to them.
Gather basic information during that will assist the Sales Consultant in providing a quotation to the customer.
Ensure all customer contact is carried out on a Non-Advised basis
Ensure there are no Data Protection breaches.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality for any private or secure information provided.
Ensure all systems are up to date.
Attend regular 121s to discuss feedback, issues, ideas and suggestions.
Attend or complete any training required for the role.
Achieve targets in a compliant manner which is in line with Company Values.Skills & Experience:

Education level - we are willing to discuss educational background for this role on a case by case basis - all applications will be considered.
Experience - telesales experience (preferably 2 years), experience in the insurance industry.
Specific skills - be able to operate all Microsoft and Google packages confidently.
Specific skills - have a confident telephone manner and the ability to build business relationships and rapport.
Specific skills - impeccable attention to detail.

Salary will be circa 17k basic, plus realistic OTE earning of up to 25k
