GBR Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established manufacturing business that is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Communications Specialist with 360 degree Marketing / Communications skills across all formats but with exceptional skills in Digital Marketing including internet / web, social media, app's & blogs.
This is a key role with the individual assisting the Marketing Manager with delivering the Marketing / Multi Brand Strategy effectively & successfuly, with a focus on brand / product synergy across a Digital format.
The ideal candidate will have tfantastic digital skills as well as strong communication skills at all levels, with the real ability to write effective creative eye catching content, as well as editing & proofing all marketing material.
If you have B2C & B2B digital / multi channel marketing experience then this could be the ideal role for you
This key role is intended to accelerate, energize optimize, innovate and synergize the digital marketing area within the UK operation across multiple brands / product ranges.
You will be producing digital content for the domestic residential market consisting of the delivery of internet sites, social media, apps, digital assets and any further digital tool for the full value chain target audience and for the public.
The responsibilities also include internal marketing activities & PR too.
Duties:
* Contributes to the creation of a digital communication strategy based on the market requirements formulated by Sales and Product Management and is responsible for its effective deployment.
* Monitor and structure information on competitor activities.
* Monitor and structure information on customer activities and develop integrated activities for specific target audience.
* Animate social media by creating an editorial plan, content and other required assets.
* Propose innovative digital solutions to enhance convenience for both customers and users.
* Constantly works on efficiency in order to optimize the marketing spend and the usage of the budget
* Develops & delivers the digital marketing campaign/s within agreed costs, on time & on specification utilising the required tools internally or by using external agencies.
* Selects in cooperation with purchasing department suppliers and manages the relation on the operative level.
* Clearly articulate the communication strategy and its implementation with internal and external audiences.
Skills / Experience:
* Digital marketing communication experience within consumer product ranges
* Degree qualified in Marketing or similar or time served in a comparable role
* Passionate customer champion ("needs driven" solutions)
* Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills
* Knowledge of different media production technologies
* Strong Excel & Power Point knowledge
* Other language skills would be beneficial but not essential (i.e. French / German)
