Shop Manager
You will join as a Shop Manager to oversee the running of a busy retail outlet ensuring that stock is sourced, sorted, processed and merchandised throughout the week in a timely manner. Recruiting and maintaining a large team of volunteers is also a requirement together with administering to the business needs of this outlet.
Shop Manager Requirements:
The successful candidate will have good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly. The position is offered for 21 hrs per week to include Saturdays on a rota basis. Retail supervisory experience is preferred together with working knowledge of Health and Safety. Basic IT skills are essential.
