Our client is a well-known and UK award-winning mobile phone provider who are looking for Inbound Retention Advisors to join their team in Glasgow.
Inbound Retenention Agents - Work from Home
* 5 month fixed term contract*
The Role - you will be the first point of contact to support customers who are coming to the end of their contract or they may be unhappy and looking to leave their provider due to a recent experience but we will be there to make things right for them! We are looking for candidates who are empathetic, have great listening skills to build that relationship and understand what may be making them unhappy about their service and reminding them why their current provider is so great!!
Location - Glasgow
Salary - GBP9.37 per hour PLUS uncapped monthly commission
Start Date - Monday 12th October 2020
Training - 3 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Hours - 40 hours per week (4 week rotational shifts between Mon-Fri 8am-8pm & odd weekend shifts Sat/Sun 9am-6pm)
Please note a credit check and criminal convictions check will be completed as part of your employment checks.
