An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join ECU Testing based in Heanor, Derbyshire. ECU Testing Ltd is a market leader in automotive control unit remanufacturing. We develop ECU (Electronic Control Unit) remanufacturing solutions for Engine Management, Transmission, Anti-Lock Braking, Electric power steering, instrumentation and comfort control systems for the automotive aftermarket.
The Call Handler will be responsible for handling inbound calls in a busy office environment. This will consist of:
Dealing with general enquiries regarding car parts, motor car knowledge would be an advantage
Making outbound calls
Updating customer records using a bespoke system
Dealing with an outlook email system
Liaise with technical engineers
Generate customer payments over the phone
The software system that we use is a bespoke system and full in- house training will be provided.
The successful Call Handler will:
Have extensive experience of call handling
Be computer literate
Be able to work calmly under pressure
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of multitasking
Must have excellent customer service background
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00 -17:30
