Customer Service Advisor
Salary: GBP9.50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate - Monday 21st September
Contract: Ongoing
Shifts: 35 hours per week. Full flexibility between 7am - 11pm Monday to Sunday (Shifts typically 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm)
Currently working in a customer focused role in contact centre or another customer facing environment? Our client are keen to speak with customer service professionals looking for a new challenge. This is exciting opportunity to be involved in the delivery of a high profile contact centre campaign on a contract basis.
As a Customer Service Advisor, customers will call you, looking for support, advice and direction. This must be delivered to an exceptionally high standard on critical service. This means engaging with customers, understanding . Questioning, rapport building their issues and providing relevant direction. Customer focus and communication will be your core strengths, along with an ability to quickly understand new systems and processes.
