Platinum Personnel has a new requirement for a Specification Technologist to join one of the UK's major food production manufacturers on a permanent basis.
The main purpose of this role is to work very closely with the Technical Managers making sure that all products are specified correctly with 100% accurate product information.
Your role will include some the following:
Producing new specifications when required including photo and quality standards. Make sure that signed specifications are held on site for all products at all stages of manufacture.
You must be familiar with all retailer online systems to enable you to produce finished product specifications.
We are looking for someone who has worked within this industry previously in a similar role working with customers specifications systems and with a sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles.
Salary is negotiable.
