The Role

We are seeking an exceptional engineer with the ability to program and set our sliding head lathe and also get involved in other exciting engineering tasks to ensure our ambition of continuous improvement is maintained. In 2020 we are investing significantly in new machinery to ensure we maintain our growth in global markets.

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Keeping the sliding head lathe operating daily.
• Using other machine tools to repair and manufacture tooling under the supervision of our toolmakers.
• Assisting Production to resolve engineering issues.
• Taking ownership of and overseeing production of new product projects.
