Key skills/duties (50% hands-on technical & 50% managerial)
-Hands-on experience within complex ICT server & systems environment, Virtualisation, Storage etc
-Proven managerial / supervisory skills / staff development
-Be a lead on ICT Infrastructure projects - Server, Storage, Data Centre
-ITIL - Problem / Incident management
-Manage 3rd parties
