Encore are looking to recruit pallet repair operatives to join our prestigious client based in Coalville.
Rotating shifts 06:00 - 14:00 , 14:00 - 22:00 Mon - Fri
Salary: GBP8.21 - GBP13.00 p/h
Benefits:
13 weeks temp to perm
Free onsite parking
Canteen facilitiesThe Role:
Repairing pallets using various hand tools including nail guns, screwdrivers,drills
Inspecting pallets
Quality checking the finished product
Liaising with supervisor regarding broken pallets
Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
Adhering to Health and Safety rules and regulationsThe Person
Previous experience preffered but not essential as full training will be provided
Team work and good communication skills
Able to do some heavy lifting
Practically minded
Punctual
Be self-driven to meet high standards
Able to follow instructions and listen
Good ability to work in team and on your own
