Are you looking for a new challenge within a fast-growing established Electrical Wholesale business?

A long-established, progressive and dynamic company operating in the Wholesale industry has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team based in Leicestershire.

Due to their expanding product/service portfolio and growth plans, they are looking to strengthen their senior sales team through the acquisition of an ambitious and driven Key Account Manager.

You must have a demonstrable track record in business development success in the Electrical Wholesale industry, strong account management, pipeline management and the capability to negotiate and present at all levels. You will be targeted with growing current accounts and developing customer relationships and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

* Creating and implementing business plans, to deliver commercial outcomes with customers

* Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained

* Developing and nurturing key account relationships

* Delivering and driving sales across all channels

* Networking and connecting with businesses to assess their needs and requirements

* Effectively communicating the value proposition throughout the relationship

* Up and cross-selling to existing and dormant accounts to secure additional business

* Managing sales cycle, forecasting, pipeline management and reporting

* Establishing relationships with decision-makers

* Maintaining all CRM functions and reporting

About you

* Significant Key Account Management / Business Development experience in a B2B field-based Electrical Wholesale environment - Essential

* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and adapting communication style

* Exceptional negotiation skills

* Strong organisational skills

* Positive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude

* Ability to prioritise key accounts

* Commercially minded and strong business development skills

* Ability to question and discover client's pain points to identify the opportunity to make a difference to their supply chain

* Pitching and solution selling experience to maximise opportunities

* Maintaining effective relationships, focusing on customer needs and being able to gain their commitment

* Be proactive and tenacious in your approach to revenue generation

* Full UK Driving Licence
