Mechanic/MOT Tester -Wells, Somerset
Up to GBP26,000 + Bonus
45hrs per week Monday - Saturday 8:30-17:30
Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a well known brand within automotive fast fit to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester for their Wells centre.
As the Vehicle Technician you will be responsible for carrying out the mechanical servicing and repair on a variety of cars and light vans.
Responsibilities:
Carry out mechanical servicing and repair on a variety of vehicles
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedure
Ensure work is carried out to a high standardRequirements/Qualifications:
Experience in Mechanical Technician position, ideally in tyres, exhausts and batteries
Ideally you will be an MOT Tester or be willing to learn
An NVQ qualification Level 2 or 3 or equivalent
Full valid driving licence
Experience in a professional workshop environment.
Work as part of a busy team in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Willingness to constantly learn and improve your knowledge.
Act on your own initiative and take responsibility for the quality of your work.Benefits/Perks:
