Are you MRICS (between 1-5 years PQE) and looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work in the building surveying team of a reputable firm, working on projects within a wide variety of sectors?

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a chartered building surveyor to join a leading independent global construction & property consultancy based in Leeds.

You will form a key part of the success, growth and development of a commercially focussed, driven and dynamic building surveying team. Reporting to the Head of Building Surveying, you will support the senior management team to undertake a full range of Building Surveying duties, as well as manage clients, build profile and represent the client at industry events.

We are seeking experienced applicants must have a Building Surveying degree and should be MRICS qualified with at least 2 years PQE. Newly qualified Surveyors will also be considered. Ideally you will have experience delivering Building Surveying services in a consultancy environment. You will provide a wide and diverse range of instructions including building and condition surveys, party wall and dilapidations advice, as well as project and contract management services.
