Staffing Match have long term / temp to perm opportunities for 7.5 ton / HGV 2 drivers with our client, a leading logistics company in Severn Beach. The work is 2 man crew home delivery with a very secure company that values its staff. Please note the location of work is Severn Beach, Bristol
To be considered for this role of 7.5t driver you must:
Have excellent customer service & communication skills
Be able to work on a rolling rota 5 on 3 off to include weekdays / weekends as per your rota
Be able to deliver items into customers' homes & businesses. Some heavy lifting involved
Be able to work long days as requiredExcellent rates of pay:
Rate of pay ltd / Umbrella GBP14.50 - GBP15.00 ph
Rate of pay PAYE GBP12.50 ph
50+ hours per week (max hrs available) X GBP14.50 = GBP725 + pw ltd / umbrella
Permanent salary upto GBP30,000+ inc bonus + upto 6 weeks holiday + overtime + benefitsDuties include:
Driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle, working with a drivers mate completing deliveries of goods to customers' homes. Heavy lifting is involved. 7am starts. We cannot specify what time you will finish.
The must haves:
A valid licence to drive 7.5 tonne, or HGV 2 vehicles or above. Minimum 6 months experience
A digital tachograph & CPC card
Excellent communication & customer service skills
