New Electronics Design Engineer job available near Hatfield, Hertfordshire on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis.
An exciting opportunity has become available on a fixed term contract basis for an Electronics Design Engineer to join a very well-established technology business near Hatfield, Hertfordshire. They are looking for someone to join their R&D department for a 12 month fixed term.
Key responsibilities of the Electronics Design Engineer job:
* Design and develop company products using a range of technologies, producing electronic designs from concept through to production
* Develop design concepts into working prototypes using both in-house facilities and suppliers
* Investigate existing product issues with a view to finding and implementing a solution
* Participate in design reviews, create test plans and reports
Key skills required for the Electronics Design Engineer job:
* Proven electronic circuit design and embedded development experience (with this being a 12 month fixed term, the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running)
* Design experience from concept through to prototyping, testing and manufacture
* Knowledge of Altium
* Experience with ST microcontrollers and Bluetooth technologies would be an advantage
