BASE: ABERYSTWYTH OR CAERNARFON (Ref: EID REC 24)

ATTRACTIVE SALARY (plus benefits)

Reporting to the HCC Chief Executive, this senior level role will have responsibility for the day to day operations and running of EIDCymru. They will be expected to make key business decisions and ensure all operations run efficiently and smoothly, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. They will play a key role during the development of EIDCymru into Wales’s multispecies traceability system.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a successful team within a customer services environment and to manage business change whilst maintaining excellent performance standards.

The ability to engage, influence and work in partnership with Welsh Government and stakeholders to develop the service and support the industry is essential. Welsh Language skills are also essential for this post.
