CHRISTMAS is coming and Skills Direct are gearing up to support our clients with Production!
We are looking for experienced Production Line Leaders for 3-4 month contract starting September. This role is working within a busy food manufacturing environment.
What you will be doing:
You will be leading a production team section, to ensure all daily targets and outputs are met, as agreed with the Production Manager.
Ensure consistent compliance with standards and policies, whilst always pursuing and promoting continuous improvement.
To ensure that Health & safety is observed and maintained.
What you will need to succeed:
We are looking for someone who has previously worked in Production, and has experience of leading a team to deliver consistent results.
What you will receive:
up to GBP10.11 per hour
Day Shifts - (Apply online only) - 37.5 hours per week
Night Shifts - (Apply online only) - 4 nights per week
3 to 4 month contract
