35 hours per week Monday – Friday, flexibility in shifts is available.

They want to provide a fantastic experience when customers access their services and contact them online. So, they’re looking for someone with great customer service skills and tonnes of energy, who is experienced in telephone customer service, managing live chat, responding to emails and social media communications. Someone with a positive attitude, great digital skills and a personable and helpful approach.
