Swedish Customer Service Advisor
GBP18-21,000 per annum negotiable plus benefit
Mon - Thurs 9am - 5.30pm, Fri 9am - 4.15pm

The Candidate
Your skills, experiences and attributes...
•You will be either a native or fluent Swedish speaker and fluent in English
•Any additional languages, such as German or French would be beneficial
•Previous experience working in customer service, order processing, sales admin etc or similar in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
•Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
•Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
•You will be computer literate with good keyboard skills
The Role
Duties will include...
•Overseeing the sales order process from start through to finish
•Provide a prompt, effective service to all customers
•Preparing quotations for clients
•Dealing with customer enquiries
•Processing orders
•Supplier negotiation - obtain new prices and sourcing products
•Update database
•Supporting Account Managers with any issues that may arise

Our client is a leading promotional material distributor and is seeking a Swedish speaking CSA to join it's busy team.
