Our client is looking for a Part time accounts administrator to join it's busy office in Telford on a temp to perm basis.
Duties will include but are not limited to :
* Processing purchase invoices
* Bank Reconciliation
* Preparing Payment Runs
* Processing Expense Claims
* Chasing Payments
* Distributing Invoices
* Uploading Invoices to factoring portal
* General Administration
Ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience :
* MUST HAVE : Minimum of AAT level 3 qualification
* Comfortable in a varied role
* Friendly and happy to work as part of a team or alone
Hours will be 9:30am until 2:30pm Monday to Friday with 30 mins for lunch (4.5 hours per day, 22.5 hours per week)
The pay rate will be GBP10.40 per hour
25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
