Maxegan recruitment are currently seeking a Database Developer for an exciting opportunity to support their intelligence and analytics function.
The key project deliverables to be covered by this Database Developer role is to provide:
- Support the intelligence and analytics function
- Develop a new data warehouse
- Map the database architecture across the organisation from the different systems used
- Work alongside the CRM developers to create a series of fact tables
- Conduct supplier reviews
- Work with the Data Analysts on all Back End data processes
- Develop data integrity checks to ensure and show data quality
The primary skills, knowledge and experience being sort after for this Database Developer position includes:
- A good experience with Excel, Business Objects and Power BI
- Strong experience of processing and analysing large quantities of data
- An understanding of Google Analytics and other web analysis tools
- Demonstrable technical knowledge of Data warehousing
- Able to translate technical data analysis into non-technical business recommendations
- Any experience of SQL, DAX or R would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
