HGV LGV Class 1 Drivers

StaffCo are recruiting for Class 1 drivers based in Hereford to work on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be required to deliver frozen poultry products to various RDC's in the UK and some supermarket store deliveries. Our client runs a 24hr operation so we have AM and PM shifts available over 7 days of the week.

You will be required to pass our clients driving assessment before work can commence.

As an experienced LGV1 driver, you will ideally have -

• 12 months HGV driving experience
• No more than 6 points
• Digi card and DCPC

The pay rates for the role of LGV1 driver are:

• Monday and Friday Days - GBP13.00 per hour (LTD or Includes Holiday Pay)
• Monday and Friday Nights - GBP13.50 per hour(LTD or includes Holiday pay)
• Saturday - GBP14.00 per hour(LTD or includes Holiday pay)
• Sunday Days - GBP15.00 per hour(LTD or includes Holiday pay)

The ideal candidate will also have great communication skills, very safety conscious, be able to make decisions under pressure, organised, flexible and reliable with the ability to successfully monitor their own working hours and breaks while keeping all other driving aspects within the law.
