Hays Social Care are looking for experienced Support Workers to support a client in the Forest of Dean.

Your new company
Hays Social Care are working with a large client in the Forest Of Dean who really put the people they support at the heart of what they do.

Your new role
You will be required to support adults with learning disabilities, mental health and behaviours that challenge within a supported living service. You will be promoting the independence of residents, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to be open to shift cover, have at least 6 months experience and / or hold an NVQ L2 / L3 in Health and Social Care. Being able to drive is a bonus.
