Banking Advisor
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 18:00pm (must be flexible between 8am-8pm)

They are looking for several individuals who have telephone customer service experience.
**DBS and Credit checks will be undertaken prior**
The Role;
* Responsible for research and resolution of customer chargebacks
* Taking incoming calls and making outbound calls
* Compiling written responses
* Liaison with customers and third parties
* Dealing with fraud management/chargebacks
* Applies bank and card industry regulations and practices
Skills;
* Telephone customer service experience required
* Experience within a Call Centre
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Professional and calm manner
* Computer literate
