We're looking for a number of AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS or CIOB accredited Building Surveyors to join our growing team on a freelance basis. Hours are flexible and there is the opportunity to work from home for work/life balance.
An independent well-established practice servicing Building Surveys, Party Wall & Schedules of Conditions, Project Management and Contract Administration instructions from clients throughout London and the Home Counties.
* Generous fee share arrangement.
* Head office admin support available including typing, diary management etc.
If you have 3+ years' experience, ideally within the residential market, a genuine interest in reducing customer confusion around building surveys, have an eye for detail and are tech-savvy, we want to hear from you
