Project Architect
An emerging Architectural practice in Milton Keynes seeks a proficient Project Architect to join their growing team in order to help the exciting development of the company???

Conrad Consulting are pleased to be working exclusively alongside a large dynamic multi-disciplinary construction consultancy to help grow their newly-formed Architectural branch. After successfully delivering a host of notable architectural projects across a varied range of sectors, this forward-thinking company saw the opportunity to capitalise on their accomplishments and established their very own RIBA Chartered practice. Having been in operation for 3 years now the practice has a clear vision for the future to add a number of Architectural professionals over the coming weeks and then continue to steadily grow the office from there.
As such we are looking for a talented Project Architect who can bring a wealth of experience to the practice with the ability to take the lead on projects from the outset. Current schemes fall within the Education, Commercial & Residential sectors with values up to GBP3m.
The ideal Project Architect will enjoy being hands on throughout all RIBA stages and have the confidence to clearly communicate with all stakeholders of a project. The practice utilises both Revit and AutoCAD and proficiency with both software packages will be required.
Essential Project Architect Requirements:
ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
Demonstrable project running ability
Proficiency with Revit & AutoCAD
Confident client-facing
