Urgent requirement for paralegal with experience in childcare matters to undertake an ongoing locum assignment in Northamptonshire.
Joining a specialist team in the firms Northampton office, the successful paralegal will hit the ground running, providing high quality advice to public sector and not for profit clients on predominantly childcare matters. Available immediately on an ongoing basis, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in childcare.

Managing own caseload
Taking client instructions
Childcare cases
Children Act matters
Liaising with and instructing witnesses
Preparing cases for court
Conducting legal research
Drafting legal documents

A paralegal with solid experience in all aspects of childcare within a Local Authority
Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
Has their own caseload and is able to work with minimal supervision
Available ASAP on an ongoing basisThe Firm
