Tate are working with a leading NHS organisation to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to their IT Helpdesk team in Bristol

This is a telephone based support role delivering basic technical assistance to members of staff within the trust.

You will need to have previous customer service or technical support experience and be comfortable working within this environment on the phones.

You will provide excellent customer care when dealing with users via telephone, email and also in person where needed. The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for all IT related incidents, ensuring updates are provided to users and recorded in the Trusts Service Desk tool. You will deal with 1st line requests (password resets, user access/application difficulties etc), assigning (2nd and 3rd line) calls where appropriate to the relevant person within IT department for further assistance

The key skills required for this role are

Good Communicator
Basic IT Knowledge
Ability to mutli task and prioritise an ever changing workload
Be comfortable in a phone based role
Delivers great customer service
High attention to detail and strong administration skillsThis role is working 37.5 hours a week within the Northern Hub in Bradley Stoke
