We are looking for 5 full time Recoveries Agents to join us at the end of October 2020***

Our contact centre is based in Leeds City Centre in a great location close to local shops and transport links.
The role will involve making outbound calls and taking inbound calls as well as managing customer accounts and investigating the detail; looking to resolve queries and provide the most comfortable plan for our customers
Skills we're looking for
Collections experience isn't essential. We're more interested in your excellent communication skills
We're looking for people who are team players and love speaking to and helping customers
You should enjoy making decisions and connecting with people from all walks of life
You'll have a positive attitude and be willing to provide excellent customer service
Experience within a regulated environment, with strong attention to detail, would be beneficial

6 weeks training
Full time hours are 35 per week with a one hour unpaid break for lunch
Operating hours are Monday 8.00am to 8.00pm and Tuesday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
