Residential Conveyancers Required
This Law Firm is entering a period of strong expansion and they are seeking conveyancers to join their team. As well as expanding, they are also modernizing their IT systems etc. Remote working for part of the week will be considered on a case by case basis.
The caseload is varied and includes freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, buy to let, new builds and more. Clients are a mix of individuals and companies. There is a lot of work ready to go, so the need to business develop is minimal.
They are looking for people who want to develop their careers and grow with the role. This is a great time to join as you will be able to get involved in building the business, and work put in now will get rewarded later. They will also assist those who wish to become Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives with their studies.
* At least one years' experience running a caseload
* Provided you have that experience any level of seniority will be considered
* You must be customer focused
