My client is the SENCO at a large mainstream Secondary School in Hillingdon. She is searching for a bright and empathetic Graduate to fill a full time & long-term LSA position.
You will join a friendly & welcoming inclusion team who are committed to ensuring that all pupils feel safe and are able to make significant academic progress throughout the year.
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to provide small group and 1:1 support to students with additional learning needs & special educational needs. Due to the complexities of a few pupils' needs, you must already have previous experience working with individuals with SEN and be confident in your behaviour management techniques.

Person Specification
?? 1 st Class/ 2:1 Graduate with a passion for inclusivity
?? Previous SEN support experience is essential
?? A confident Graduate who is able to work independently & as part of a team
?? Effective behaviour management is essential
