Refrigeration Engineer
Field Based - Covering the South London, Croydon, Bexleyheath areas
45 hours, plus 1 in 4 weeks on call, 1 in 4 weekends
Calling all experienced Refrigeration Engineers!
Are you fed-up of working long hours, driving ridiculous distances and constantly sitting and staring at the interior of your van?
If you want autonomy, set hours and to be paid from door to door, then read on!
Our Refrigeration Engineers work 45 hours per week, but 2 of those hours are 'banked' towards the one Saturday you work each month. (See what we've done here you only work 43 hours per week on weekdays, so you get to spend more time doing things you love!) You'll be on call 1 week in 4 and there's overtime available. Our Refrigeration Engineers are paid door-to-door as well!
You'll have the ability to complete your list of jobs within a pre-set time and enjoy meeting new people and developing relationships across your stores. It'll be challenging in the height of summer when one of your supermarkets raise an alarm for one of the cabinets and you have to ensure it's all completed within the SLA agreed timescales. No matter what job you're doing, you'll take pride in achieving high standards of work.
You'll be working within a small team of refrigeration engineers, so it's key you integrate well into the team and have an easy-going nature. As you will be experienced you won't need your hand holding on the refrigeration side of things and we'll support you with using the computer system so you can carry out your new role.

- Salary: GBP38,500
- Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.
