Conveyancer
A long-established, full serviced Law Firm is now seeking a Qualified Conveyancer / Property Lawyer to join their team in Blackburn. Due to continued growth, this multi-office law firm are looking for ambitious, forward thinking and hard working Qualified Solicitors to join their team.
You must possess 2 years' experience in a Conveyancing role.
You will be responsible for:
* Handling your own caseload of Conveyancing matters
* Using your technical knowledge on Sales & Purchases, Re-Mortgages, TOE and freehold and leasehold properties
* Servicing existing clients
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Networking to ensure further growth and success of the department
* Undertaking supervisory duties for junior members of the team
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer to become part of a specialist department. The role will be very hands-on and suited to a confident and outgoing Conveyancer.
