Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer who likes to busy and on the move? If so this could be the job for you????????????..
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to service an assortment of properties in locations across the south east of England ranging from Southend in the East, Oxford in the North, and Hampshire in the South.
Duties will include:
* Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance in bathrooms
* Basic electrics - fuses, lightbulbs etc
* Minor redecoration
* Minor joinery repairs
* Minor installations and furniture assembly
* Cleaning
* Fire alarm testing, door and safe code setting
You will be providing assistance to the residents and tenants of various properties so you will need to have a friendly, helpful disposition and a flexible attitude. Apart from your professional skills you will need to be a good communicator and always work to the highest standards adopting a proactive approach. The properties are located around the south of England so this role will suit someone who likes daily variety and likes to be on the move and enjoys driving (a van will be provided).
