I am currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well established company within the Automotive Industry. Ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the role will involve:

Details of a Assembly Operative:

• Building car bumpers for a prestigious name
• Ensuring that the right spec bumper is made
• Ensuring that the bumper meets the exacting quality standards
• Working as part of a team to ensure targets are met

Details of a Assembly Operative

• GBP8.83 per hour AM/PM, nights rising to GBP10.15 per hour AM/PM and GBP11.04 Nights after 12 worked weeks service
• The working hours are 36 - 40 hours per week (depending on department) Monday to Friday with overtime available both midweek and weekends when required
• Double Days or Fixed Nights shifts (Flexibility with shifts is required)
• Location: Coleshill, Hams Hall
• Duration: Ongoing
