Job Description
We are a privately-owned software company. We have been developing software for the telecoms marketplace for over 15 years and our innovative solutions allow independent telecoms providers to invoice their customers in an accurate and timely manner.
Due to continued growth we have a full time vacancy for a Billing Support Advisor/Data Analyst to join our small but growing team in Hilton, South Derbyshire.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant must possess an outgoing and friendly telephone manner and have a confident approach to dealing with customers. Excellent numeracy, communication and PC skills are a must for this role, as is the ability to learn quickly and work under your own initiative whilst delivering excellent support. Applicants should also be well organised and possess a keen eye for detail.

This is a challenging role that will keep you interested and involved. If you like boring, predictable, mundane jobs then this is definitely not for you!
The role involves training, supporting and advising customers via telephone and other remote support systems on how to use our software solutions, as well as working with the projects team on data/project based (external and internal projects) so will involve analysis, manipulation and reporting on large data sets, creating and managing project plans, liaising with project stakeholders as well as supporting and training external customers to use our billing platform. Due to the nature and size of the projects, previous experience of data analysis and working within a project environment is preferred, as well as dealing with customers primarily over the telephone and via email.
We will provide full training to help you succeed in the role, however applicants must possess a good educational background, excellent numeracy skills, a logical approach to problem solving, along with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
