Support and Trainer on usage of Accounts software
This is NOT a technical support role, it is hand-holding and guiding accounts staff in how to use accounts software, predominately you will need to understand accounts yourself but be happy to learn their software and pass on that knowledge.
Growing company
Accounts wise you should be AAT qualified (or equivalent experience) be au fait with all Accounts terminology, be happy with a variety of software and be happy learning new ones (experience of online packages like Xero would be great) also experience of time and fees billing in setting such as solicitors or accounts practices would be great.
Even pre Covid the majority of this support was carried out remotely for customers with just the odd visit to local large customers to provide hand holding type training event, it is now likely all will be remotely delivered. The office has good transport links and parking, unfortunately the role has to be Full-time
