Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team on a seasonal basis. The Hotel features an award-winning spa and restaurants, the dishes feature the contemporary dining using the best of the areas local produce that is highlighted throughout its modern, seasonal and innovative recipes.

This full time, seasonal position until January 2021 requires a vibrant Chef de Partie to support the Head Chefs and kitchen team

• Salary: £21,000 - £23,000per annum

• Working 5 days per week

• Varied roles in different kitchens

  The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately until January 2021.

As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:

• Working with seasonal, fresh produce

• Ability to be versatile

• Work at high speed accurately within a high-pressure environment

• Deliver on the highest standards of health and hygiene

• Support junior chef’s

This is a full time, seasonal Chef de Partie position with a competitive salary. A typical week consists of around 40/50 hours working over 5 days per week.
