We are looking for passionate people to join our Mitie team that delivers exceptional every day; we offer a great place to work with many benefits.
Salary: GBP10 p/h
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week, however, we can be flexible
Contract: Fixed-term, initially 2 months but can be extended
Your duties:
* Source and recruit candidates by using company databases
* Screen candidates resumes and job applications
* Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
* Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills and experience
* Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
* Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
* Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
* Promote company's reputation as "great place to work"
* Attend weekly conference calls as required.
* Update internal and external databases and administration systems as required.
* Accurately file both manually and electronically as per business policy and procedures
* Have a flexible approach to business support to ensure deadlines are achieved
* Ownership of data systems to ensure records are maintained and processes followed as appropriate
* Ensure correct working procedure is followed and that all health and safety company procedures are adhered
* To work and take instruction from the Site Manager & Regional Account Manager as required
