Vehicle Inspections Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading client based within the Automotive industry at their large offices in Stone, Staffordshire. Own tranport is essential due to our clients rural location.

Working as a Vehicle Inspections Administrator, you will be a vital part of their Inspections Team

Duties will include:

• Manage your time effectively to ensure that daily targets of vehicle inspections are met
• Achieve consistent levels of productivity
• Insist upon quality assurance that maintains our high level of service to our customers
• To carry out weekly and monthly checks of your work area
• Conducting full interior and exterior assessments on all types of vehicles and light commercial vehicles
• Use keen eye to identify damage, identifying repair methods and quality control
• Identify and report on vehicles that have experienced previous repair
• Record results and imaging to customer standard using handheld electronic tablet, be fully conversant with our bespoke software, attaching the appropriate costs
• Communicate assessment outcome to various departments, building relationships with staff at all levels.
• Work unsupervised as well as within a well-established team to targets set and completed following customer timescales and SLA's
• Maintaining a hygienic, tidy and professional working environment, with a particular emphasis on health and safety in the workplace

The ideal candidate

• Will work well within a team and on their own initiative
• Be able to follow instructions verbally or from job cards
• Have a keen eye for detail, quality and will take pride in their work
• Possess a flexible attitude to working hours and overtime
• Be computer Literate and have excellent customer service skills
• Be adaptable and able to use various systems including tablet devices and computer systems
