Our local authority client based in Berkshire are urgently seeking an experienced property Administrator.

THE ROLE

This administration role is within the Property Services Contracts team to provide support to all aspects of contract management. Knowledge and skills with excel, word and the ability to use company bespoke operating systems is essential. Attention to detail is important and good communication skills are required.

Establish and maintain a comprehensive administration/clerical service to provide day-to-day support for colleagues and to contribute towards delivery of a high quality service which promotes its members effectively.
